Today, my client and I visited a high-end apartment in a 10-story condo in Minamiaoyama.

 

 

 

 

 

The 2-bedroom apartment has floor area of about 160 sq. meters and more-than-60-sq.meter living room and is currently going for 158,000,000 yen.  What my client likes best about the apartment is an overlooking view of residential Tokyo. The view of Tokyo from the apartment is panoramic and worthwhile to see.  Also, the client likes quietness of the apartment although the apartment building is standing next to an expressway which is running through Tokyo.  It is quiet because the unit is not on the same side as the express way. 

 

Minato-ku (ward) in Tokyo is popular not only among international people but also among Japanese people.  In particular, so-called 3As (Aoyama, Akasaka, and Azabujuban) are popular and towns and streets in those areas are always are bustling with international people.
