population.\u00a0 Also, it is conveniently connected with Tokyo by <a title=\"tobu tojo line\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/T%C5%8Dbu_T%C5%8Dj%C5%8D_Line\" target=\"_blank\">Tobu Tojo Line<\/a>, which is enabling people to move from Koshigaya to many towns in Tokyo within an hour.\u00a0\u00a0 As a result, Koshigaya is becoming more popular than before for residence.\u00a0 More people commute to work and go to shcool fromKoshigaya.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Real estate value of Koshigaya will probably keep increasing.\u00a0 In particular, land development for about -10,000,000 sq. meter-land right in front of the east exit\/entrance of Koshigaya station\u00a0is going to increase the\u00a0land&#8217;s value significantly with a 100-meter-tall\u00a0high rise condo and commercial facilities, such as, restaurants, shops, and medical clinics.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So much\u00a0area\u00a0in Koshigaya is still underdeveloped.\u00a0
