proximity to a train station (less than 1 minute)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; good tenants (i.e. 4 out of 7 occupants are medical experts)<\/p>\n<p>Cons:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; difficult to\u00a0determine whether or not some tenants will be profitable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
