&#8211; a growing suburb of Tokyo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear international investors,<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I surveyed real estate in Mizue of <a title=\"edogawa-ku\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Edogawa,_Tokyo\" target=\"_blank\">Edogawa-ku <\/a>which is an eastern ward (=ku) of Tokyo 23 wards and which is adjacent to Chiba Prefecture.\u00a0 It is in-between Arakawa and Edogawa &#8211; two famous rivers of Tokyo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mizue is a station of\u00a0 <a title=\"toei shinjuku line\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Toei_Shinjuku_Line\" target=\"_blank\">Toei Shinjuku Line<\/a>.\u00a0 Mizue station is new just like much of Edogawa ward where new houses and apartment buildings are being built.\u00a0 The streets around Mizue are crowded with shops and restaurants.\u00a0 And houses and apartment buildings on southern residential areas of the station are
