I surveyed a cozy apartment in Hiroo this morning with my client.  Its main features are as follows:

Location is nice within a walking distance of Ebisu station and Hiroo station which are centers of popular commercial districts.   The apartment building is in-between Meiji Dori and Shibuya River.  Meiji Dori is one of the major streets of Tokyo.  Though it is on a major street of Tokyo, it is not so noisy because the apartment unit is facing south or in the direction of the river.
